I'm not looking for negative comments. Can anyone identify what's going on with this Hudson? * Anyone recognize the front? * Filled in the tail lights and adding a single one? * Chassis swap (steering wheel)? https://bakersfield.craigslist.org/cto/d/bakersfield-1952-hudson/7199879780.html
Some mod rodder's idea of customizing. Gotta have "New modern" looking stuff on an old car to make it look modern in their belief rather than tried and true and what they see as old fashioned custom tricks. Nothing a new nose on the front and some welding and filling on the back won't fix. Probably a 4 door changed to a 2 door to boot. The same guys who do that crap walk around shows telling guys that they need 20's on their traditional customs with wide whites and hard to find caps.
Never understood why people hang flags in their garages when they should be flowing outside in the breeze for all the neighbors to see.
I don't get it. You post pics of a steaming turd and don't want negative comments. I'll jump in here. I think it is the most beautiful thing that I have ever seen. I'll give you 100K for it
Looks like the grille is made of a couple of the tops of two old 4 door doors welded together... or a chopped rear window opening out of something. Those snazzy headlights are definitely from a 2000 Mercury Cougar.
I didn't realize those were headlights. I can't see it very well because I'm on the phone and don't have the best glasses on.
Kinda reminds me of the first 53 Studebaker I saw with those slant back Mercedes headlights... if I’m not mistaken they are now looking for 56 Olds front fenders...
I'll give it an "A" for effort. At least they were cutting and welding old steel instead of the other crap they could of been doing, like putting some super tuner exhaust on a rice burner the headlights and front bumper aren't the sexiest thing I've seen
I have been told since I was a little kid that if I had nothing nice to say to say nothing. SOOOOOOO NOTHING
You might owe this catfish an apology after making that comparison. (I can't believe that there's people that go "noodling" to catch something like that.)
