Event Coverage Nor-Cal Cruise Nite

as a substitute for the annual Rocklin, CA Hot Cars and Hot Chili Car Show they put on The Hot Chili Car Cruise Friday Nite - had roughly 100 entrants - mixed variety but, most pre-70's - started in old part of town and meandered through various neighborhoods with Police escort - some streets had many people lined up in their chairs in front of their houses to watch and wave

ghosting effect? - do not know - used to shoot pics with low buck camera and sometimes had same result - of course, shooting toward a bright light source will cause this too
