Bowtie, Loudbang, Elgringo.....thanks for the kind words. We think we found a good spot for the old car. The place is amazing. It would take many hours to go through the entire building, especially if you get a guided tour and learn the incredible stories behind many of the exhibits. Museum10.jpg

El I don't know where you got those picture from but they are ones I've never seen. Roy Kobels yellow 40 Willys coupe at the NHRA Div. 1 meet in 65 with his then girl friends 63 Chevelle convertable tow car. Notice the plate on back, Ray drove this stocker to work when he lived in Ca in early 60's. This race Ray was doing bumper dragging wheel stands. It had never done that before or after, traction at Cecil county was very good. 2nd picture is of Bobby Lombardi's Eastern Automotive. I don't recognize the track.

Pat, I like the vintage pictures and I enjoy hearing the comments from people that were there and saw those cars run. Thanks for your comments and I’m glad that you are enjoying them. Do you know who the other Coupe belonged to that is behind the Eastern Automotive car?

#7069 looks like Indy and LB I knew you would post the Willys PU after I seen the Anglia thread. I commented on it there.

@chickenshift According to @1934coupe this was Phil Coward's B/C coupe before he sold it.
