Generator was from my 40 Ford Sedan, generator has just been gone through by J&N in Sharonville Ohio and repaired as needed along with the armature being rewound. I have $250 in the rebuild. 6 volt positive ground. Never hurts to have a spare, you’re not going to Napa to get a replacement if traveling and have a failure when traveling $120.00 but will listen to reasonable offers
