I have painted the inside of the body with epoxy primer and put body sealer undere the body.
    On the chassis I have started with the brake system. 20200321_153003.jpg 20200303_101901.jpg 20200303_101834.jpg 20200308_151353.jpg 20200321_152954.jpg 20200321_153017.jpg 20200321_153043.jpg

Some more pics of the exhaust system and the gauges I have chosen is Stewart Warner 3 in 1, I dont think I have seen them in any car before but I like them. Have done the ash tray cover plate or AC vent cover and AC and heater bulkhead. 20200410_140354.jpg 20200410_141247.jpg 20200413_131006.jpg 20200413_143236.jpg 20200413_143243.jpg 20200413_143440.jpg 20200413_143537.jpg

Last pic of the chassis assembled will soon tear it apart for paint. Have decided where to put the drier for the AC and made some hard lines for the evaporator and made a bracket for the brakelight switch.
I will paint the chassis and suspension parts in my backyard on a sunny day, 20200415_102822.jpg 20200419_120251.jpg 20200419_120327.jpg 20200423_111404.jpg 20200619_000406.jpg not this day.

This is the most masterful rebuild of a 34 that I have seen, although there are some real close seconds
on the Hamb site. Much of what you pictured here brings memories of my build, especially the frame boxing and rework. I'd love to start another, but deteriorating health issues prevent that and so I have to live vicariously thorough the work of others. Hope I'm still around when you post the final pictures.

Tom it all looks great, exhaust looks fantastic, my favorite exhaust materiel SS. An observation though, I think the exhaust around the MC area is going to retain a lot of heat IMO. Can you shield it from the heat? Like I said "just an observation"

Now is the body on the chassis for ever I hope, I also dont like that you only has a lock on the passenger door therefor I have modified the driver door latch and adapted a Volvo 544 door lock. Have welded a pipe to the doorskin that holds the lock cylinder . 20200804_183027.jpg 20200804_183050.jpg 20200804_194026.jpg 20200811_154947.jpg 20200814_123444.jpg

Checking that the door latches and locks work and it is fine, the outer door handles are the original ones just a little polishing. And made a new metal part under the radiator the old one was very rusty it was easier to bend a new one. 20200905_125140.jpg 20200905_125825.jpg 20200905_130000.jpg 20200906_133101.jpg

I have removed and installed the hood many times now trying to make it fit , changing the position of the radiator adjusting the brackets the mounts the grille to radiator. It is a 3 man job but now I am pretty satisfied. 20200908_152221.jpg 20200908_152241.jpg 20200911_184254.jpg 20200913_112303(0).jpg 20200913_113328.jpg
