Even without the Pines grill it seems a bargain.

Looks pretty darn solid. Seems like a fair price to me. Its hard to find desireable cars that havent been messed with yet. I dont know that you could but that car from me for 19.5k

it does look solid in the photo, but how can that be? this car sat out in a grove in minnesota? not for long it appears.

So what happens if you buy a car for say $20,000 and the auction company buggers it up moving or loading it?

I'm thinking that the final bid came out at a bit less than the gent was expecting. Seeing the shot of that loader pushing it on the trailer makes a guy cringe though. Who goes to an auction with the intent of buying a 32 Vicky and doesn't have a working winch on his trailer? Or at least a good come along.

last time i used a come along to load a car my back was out for a month. got a winch...its been under the bench for about 2 years, gonna get on that one of these days! i do however move dead cars around with the bobcat almost daily. pick it up with forks under the axle and away we go.

I bought a 4600 lb winch at an estate auction and had to buy a new control for it and it took me an hour to get it mounted on my trailer but that bugger earned it's little over 100 total cost back in spades last week when I winched an OT pickup on the trailer with it. I winched a car on a U haul trailer with a 1 ton chain hoist and a come along a few years ago and that was a full days work to get done.

  12. The '32 Vickys are very desirable cars and it's a good deal and it also has a Pines Winterfront grille. those things are very expensive even if it needs restoring.

I witnessed a man shell out ten grand for a mint original. HRP

I put a few bids in on the wagon. Didn’t want it as bad as others
