It's a Bradley design, all right. I found the pic at Deansgarage, without attribution of the source car. (It's from Custom Rodder, September 1999, IIRC.) And yes, if you want to be finicky, it's the crossbar source I really want.
That page from CR Sept 99 appears to be a restyled early Falcon. Looks like the crossbar might be a depiction of a reworked early falcon rear bumper with a valance added below. .
I'm glad to see the whole page. The swoopy roof is cool. I like (most of) the Mustang rear bumper one. What's the word after laser?
The bumpers have an early 60's T-bird vibe. But a lot of stuff he drew was complete fabrication stuff. There were themes, but not using wrecking yard parts, you have to do a lot of tweaking and fabbing to recreate his imagineering.
