I was looking at the gennie for the c4 shifter for my 47 ford coupe and there are two versions. The rear mount looks like it comes up through where the toe board and floor meet up. Does anyone know how far back the mid mount version goes back? I'd like to use the existing toe board hole if possible. IMG_20200903_133111847.jpeg

It would depend on how far back your transmission is

even a measurement from a common point on the trans to the center of the shifter.
