Folks Of Interest searching for info on a studebaker m16

    1 1/2 ton fresh in my possession fresh purchase, it's from 1941 to 1948. Lady was a widower that sold it to me, looking for any help would be great

    I don't know what kind of info you want, but they are great trucks. I had two of them. You can tune em up with a pipe wrench, a screwdriver and a matchbook cover for point gap. Slow as hell........a Ford 300 six fits in there pretty well. They made thousands of deuce and a half trucks for the war, the Russians loved them. If you see a WW2 army big truck with wing windows, it's a Stude. (I read that somewhere).
