does anyone know what fenders may interchange with a 47lincoln club coupe... years and makes? front clip or rear fenders. i wanta more streamlined look. or i can modify but dont want to cut up originals if i dont have to. the rear body looks like same lines as 40 41 ford lincoln merc. 20200902_100818.jpg

I think you are going to be cutting those. Ford fenders won't bolt on there.

< I like the looks of the fenders myself. Sets it apart from the Fords and Mercury’s of the day....

1940/1941 Zephyr rear fenders will bolt on and are streamlined (like 1939/1940 Ford).

This is the answer. Ford and Merc are not even close, what you want is a '40 or '41 Lincoln front clip.

The 42-48 body is wider in the cowl than the 40-41 from what I've been told. To use the 40-41 stuff, you'd have to widen the hood. I had the same thoughts when I first got mine, until I learned it wouldn't work as produced.

That's very interesting, I had not heard that, I stand corrected.
