Model R.H.50 Super Heat

I picked up this heater for my MG TD and cannot find any info on it, has anyone ever come across this heater? Who is the manufacturer etc..

What specifically do you need to know about it?

 

Who was the manufacturer, was it an aftermarket item specifically for MG or a generic heater. Arnolt was one of the usual heaters and this is similar in design

 

You need an MG message board.

 

Looking everywhere for info on this model 50 super heat, it is similar in design to an Arnolt heater, this was purchased in the US So,it is reasonable to believe it is a US company.

 

There is one on E-pay right now for sale, says remanufactured.
Easy to find, just put in Arnolt-MG heater.

PS. Stanley Arnolt was an American car guy imported European sports cars late '40s
late '50s. He sold them as Arnolt-MG for example, after doing Italian designed bodies.
Many times the final assembly was done here. So probably most Arnolt cars used
his heaters.
