Looking forward to watching movie. My parents are driving the Alcan right now, heading south, and called this morning from Whitehorse, Yukon. Roads are clear so far! They're in their mid-70's, and they prefer to drive rather than fly.

This is an ancient thread but some of you guys liked this, so i like to share this. I got sad news, Hese passed away earlier on this week.
He was stopped on the traffic lights with his Denver Choppers built Panhead chop and got rear ended. When i first heard the news, i thought he got some scratches and will he be fine after few weeks, but nope. This was more serious accident and he passed away 2 days later in hospital.
He was a well known car and bike enthuasist in here, a multitalent who wrenched his vehicles, wrote articles for magazines, artist, played instruments, was a busdriver for bands...
So his lifetime long journey of seeking for freedom has ended, i hope he has found what he was looking for from the other side.
    Godspeed, Hese

Yeah, it sucks indeed. He was a really nice guy.
I guess that copy of the movie could be hard to find at these days, specially from US.
Hese was one of the guys who founded a finnish bike magazine, Kopteri in early '90's.
He was a close friend of the editor, Mala and he wrote articles for the mag too. I am pretty sure that Mala has copies of the movie. I have popped by at the Kopteri mag's stand to say hi, when i have seen them at the events in here. I have seen copies of the movie for sale at the stand, so think your best shot could be asking from Mala about the copy. And i am sure that he is willing to ship it to US.
    So here is a link:
    http://www.kopteri.com/index_en.htm
    I hope that helps.

I was in Kopteri magazines bike ralley at yesterday and talked with Mala. I asked him about the DVD, he said that its sold out at the moment. And no idea when they will be for sale again, looks like at the moment that wont happen soon. Mala he said he has to ask if they are going to release more of them.
I let you know if and when they are for sale again.
Well, if used one is ok to you, i will keep my eyes open if see a copy for sale somewhere.

Well, i think thats a bad idea. I think his family doesnt own rights of the movie and a copyright lawsuit shitshow is something that they really dont need at the moment.
