Projects 1953 Chevy Bel Air Wiper

    Hi Guys,
    i search since weeks / no month these da..... two pieces for my wipers. Mounted on top of windshield.
    Did anybody know where i can buy two new or used ones ? The part i need , you can see in the left corner of the picture below.

    Thanks a lot... but i do not search the knurl adapter ...i need the part in left corner of the picture ..that also includes the water pipe.

    Won't be new , but you could try "Old Car Parts" , located in Seattle Washington , they have alot of hard to find parts .
     
  8. Check other GM models (Olds, Buick, etc) of the same year, they probably use the same wiper set-up. Maybe even something like the Opel or Vauxhall of that era.

  10. You need the right wiper transmisson for a 1953-4 Chevy. Look at ebay are put a wanted add in the Hamb.

    Did you try old car parts in Oregon , I just spoke with 82 year old owner ( who passed business to his son) . He said they got a shit load of 53/54 donor cars . Or desert classics in Arizona ( classics junkyard , had tv show ) .

    Do you just need the chrome bezel that goes over the wiper shaft that has the washer nozzle in it?

    Im understanding that you need the right side transmission? Check out the Car Shop in Orange,Ca....they carry repro everything and lots of NOS ...they have online catalog also
