Technical Starter for '63 427ci Galaxie

The endplate on mine reads C3SF 11131 A,comparing it to a standard one both the index pin and the thru bolt thread pockets are rotated.The FAA part is probably the one for the 60-62 HiPos and the one I have is probably for 63and 64 390 PI's and M-code T-birds and 406&427 Galaxies and T-bolts.Functionally I believe they are the same.
