Thank you for the wonderful history lesson. A great story, especially at the end when Paul got the car back all those years later and his passion remained the same, even with old age creeping in. An amazing car, now owned by a truly conscientious guy who is saving history for all of us and future generations. Well done, Sir!!

Had the opportunity to spend time at a local car show with Paul after he restored it and he told me that there were a lot of things he could do with the car....all of them illegal. Question, did you get a scmatic with it...? I understand the doors lock after 15 MPH.

I did not get a schematic with it. I had to figure out on my own what the switches do

I used to like the old displays lots of work and creativity. Probably not the room or time at shows to do it that way now?

This image really bothers me to this day. In 2008 in Salina Steve Stanford chose my car for his hall of fame pick and told me that he would do me a drawing of the car. This is the drawing he did. I NEVER RECEIVED IT... Then I saw it in street Rodder magazine ... I called him and he told me that he lost it and would do another for me. This was over 10 years ago... every time I see that picture it pisses me off all over again....
