Recovered from a ravine in northern Nevada 1981, went to work on it ,planned first to build it as a resto-mod Fordor , Body work almost completed 1985 , Divorce stalled the project . I raised my kids in my Shop . They moved out in 1999 , by then I had been dreaming about what I wanted to do to my 33 Fordor ,so I cut it up and reassembled it as a 33 C400 Victoria. finished and on the road jan.2004

Picking it up in Kansas. It's my avatar now.
27 Coupe on a 1982 Mazda PU frame with a Dauntless 225 Odd Fire.
The guy had chopped the top and the doors. The passenger door was missing.
    No floor. No steering.
Luckly, the guy still had the top and I welded it back on.
I was going to keep it the way I picked it up and call it "The Jug Head Mobile".
My brother, "the tool", is in the picture.

Couple of mine. You guys may have seen them before.
The T is my first build. I was in high school (1993 or 94) when I started gathering parts. The body came from a ditch, but it still cost me $400, probably because he could tell that I really really wanted it.

  19. Dave, this car may very well be the must unique builds on the Hamb, a one off Phantom car that was never in production always spurs the imagination and to paint it black says a lot for the builder.

The more I see this car the more I like it. HRP

Thank You HRP , While building my 33 , I expected the finished car would get a lot of attention . Hasn't happened . Even 33-34 owners pass right on by . I think most who knew it was not a production body style have passed ? The license plate ( RARE33) gets a few comments , Like yeah another Rare Ford! haha , I just shrug and smile , Thanks again for your opinion . D Mc

  24. My thought is you did such fantastic metal work people are unaware it's a one off, and causally think it's something Henry built.

That in it's own way say's a lot. HRP

My 39 Chevy 2-dr. sedan had the passenger side door smashed in. Took a torch to cut it in half to get it off the post. Drove from Ky. to Tenn. to get another door and a porta-power to straighten the pillar out.
