Technical Is this a ‘32 dashboard? ID a gauge cluster?

I’m far from an expert, but I’m learning. I bought a small shed full of old car parts at an auction.This dash and Stewart Warner gauge cluster were in it. The auction had an amazing amount of prewar car parts. I think the dashboard is ‘32 ford can anyone confirm that? How about the gauge cluster? Thanks

The dash board is the early style 1932 Ford.

 

The dash is, I have no idea what the insert is. HRP

 

Gauge cluster is 1928 Chandler or thereabout.

 

Digging the cluster. That’s very cool.

 

Thanks everyone. I’m not surprised that the cluster is something lesser known. The gentleman who collected this stuff liked the different stuff.
