  1. I’m sorry in advance if this has been done before but I’m curious about what ( if any) non Ford, Chrysler, Chevrolet vehicles you guys gravitate towards. To start, here we have a 1928 Stearns-Knight.[IMG]

Crosley,Studebaker,Henry J. Love Cord but missed out on one. Still have my 1959 high school hot rod 28A bob tailed roadster. Love old used station wagons, have had 18,an one of them was a old used 57 Rambler I got for $25<that clean up very well, but had zero spair tire or spot to even put one, only a patch kit under rear seat like a bike.

  17. Thanks Stanlow69. I have never heard a Carson top called a Chavez top. And for that matter I never heard of a car planed. I always heard nosed and decked. Can anyone educate me?

Studebakers, mostly 53 and later, but the 40 and back look good, too. Never cared for the bulletnosed years....

IMG_0192.JPG IMG_0331.JPG I like the off makes, best bit is not many have them and you are usually the only one at a show. Bad bit is finding parts.

A top that looks like a Carson styled top are automatically called a Carson top. No matters who makes them. Here is another car with a top done by Chavez. Sorry not an orphan. Not sure what Plan 2019-10-16_010336.jpg 2019-10-16_010445.jpg ed is.

  24. Any style Duesenberg does it for me. Class, speed and power. Probably one of the few American cars I wouldn't change if I had one. Quite a few foreign ones too, but I won't mention them here.

I had an Opel one time for a few months, it wasn't a foreign car when I owned it as Uncle Sam had sent me to Germany on "vacation" at the time;)
