as said it is just the head, the radio part is about as big as a breadbox. [note: reference to period correct expression and object]
I guess a lot of folks don’t have any experience with AM radio. The numbers are a dead give away, start at 55 kilo cycles to 155 kilo cycles. Before the digital age, you had to put the pointer close to the station’s number, I.E., WSM in Nashville TN was 650, WLS in Chicago was 890. FM didn’t get popular until the 70’s in most areas, AM was it. That factory accessory Ford radio head is cool. Be neat to use the switches to control a modern, hidden unit.
What? You can't see the tone of sarcasm in my typing? I'm going to have to figure out how to post the little faces.
When you start typing look up and see them ^^^. Click on the smiley face and they will appear below what you are typing then choose which one you want. There will be twelve of them. Place your curser on them for a second and they wyll tell you what they are. Wink, frown, etc.
The cables go down from the radio head to the radio box. They hook in where knobs would be on a regular radio.
