I got 5 of my cars from Alberta; '42 FARGO and '32 5W from my uncles farm in Airdrie and three '47 Buick from Bawlf. Don't know if the hunting is as good now though for the older stuff.

  4. There’s still lots around, it’s just not the stuff along the main roads anymore, I always ask people who have farms when I meet them.

I wish I had kept a journal of stuff and locations over the years as I came across it.

I just bought this '62 2dr HT Imperial last week. The man I bought It from traded in a '64 300 that had a 4speed in it. He traded it for a '67 GTX. He drove this Imperial from KY to TN 25 plus years ago and stripped the interior out of it and stored all of it is a rat infested car. The Imperial is really solid with 90k miles. You have a really nice car

I thought I was the only nut. This 64 new yorker showed up in my driveway, my buddy was selling off his movie cars and he wanted me to list it for him. The car looked cool, the price was right, and I had to have it. Its Canadian, from Niagara Falls and very original ( except the rims). The last picture is when it was on tv and had wire hub caps. Nice to see so many fans. The convertible looks great, awsome story.

Yes Early 80s mirada or maybe cordoba. Car came with them, not my choice. I'm with fargo, wire wheels would be a good fit for these cars.

Better save up for gas first or you won't be crusing very long. 8^) Jack E/NJ

I've got the 413/727 out of a low miles '64 Chrysler; sure wish I had the rest of the car.

I like the 3 examples shown herein.

I've been following this thread since day one. Way to go 57 Fargo.

If you are checking out the fuel gauge, Chrysler put the gauge voltage limiter inside the fuel gauge back then.

I looked up Grimshaw in google Earth. You're way up there aren't you? There are about 300 Alaskans on here but only a couple of dozen are actually active. The rest joined years ago; posted once or twice; and disappeared. So you're one of the most northern active H.A.M.B.ers.

It looks like you're right in about 3/4 million acres of prime farmland with mountains a couple of hours away. Sounds like a nice place to live.
