Art & Inspiration The Photoshop thread to end all Photoshop Threads!

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Pair O' Dice, Oct 10, 2008.

  1. It can be done in Photoshop and made to look halfway right but no way are you gonna get stock fenders fenders on this puppy to look the way you want without a lot of metal work and modifications....

    Thanks themoose that looks fantastic.
I would be interested to know what others think, but it’s a big from me.
I also realise that they ain’t just gonna line up and bolt on but having run the car fender-less for many years I thought it maybe time for a complete change.
Your help here is truly appreciated - real inspiration

Instead of reworking the stock full fenders, how about going with large cycle fenders?
Aftermarket custom Harley Davidson fenders come in wide range of sizes. Or maybe rework rears from a large 1930s orphan make like Nash. (oddball makes are often cheaper at swap meets (if they ever happen again..))

  6. You asked for it and as you can see I'm into bright colors. I threw on a set of 57 T bird wires too...

Thanks for your input Rot’n Kustom.
This really made me smile as until March last year I had been a Coach Builder working on pre-war Bentleys here in the UK.
The fenders and louvered side panel you chose are surely straight off a 6 or 8 litre Bentley!
Funny how my past keeps following me!
    Cheers

  11. I would like to see what this 32 sedan would look like with about 5 solid inches taken out of the top. Any takers? 109289049_1946361078851152_5772924697387896075_n.jpg

Madfish, I love this! Looks very shine running on a backroad! I like the blackwall on chrome, the louvered hood... the cost savings!

Why do 1 when you can have 2 for twice the cost?

I don't know where you'll find a set of these (Western?) wheels, but I though they would look good with the wood-theme on your truck. I stole these off the 1964 AMBR winner, "King T" by Don Tognotti.
