IMG_0685.JPG IMG_0686.JPG IMG_0687.JPG picked this little guy up today. 59 f100 straight 6. Motor is in pieces in the bed (trailer) but body is best I’ve seen in these parts after looking for the past 2 years.

I’ve wanted one of these trucks since I was 18. Took me 12 years and multiple other projects before I finally landed one worth building.

  5. Cool project and appears we are almost neighbors. I know where a few of those are sitting around local if you are looking for parts. I look forward to following along as you get it going.

Always good to have a local parts source. I’ll be heading up your way in the next few months for a drop axle. I’ve saw some great cars up in the Guthrie area growing up, my grandparents lived a few miles from the Lazy E.

  7. Yep, if you are going to see Sid for the axle, you will definitely be in my neighborhood. I have been good friends with Sid for 30 years and only live a couple miles from him. My kid even works for Sid part time. Hoping we can meet at some point.

Yes sir. From what I understand he is the go to guy for drop axles for these trucks. Always cool to have someone like him local.
