A friend saw this out his back window.

 

Bunnings car park joondalup Perth Western Australia for monthly Northern Steel cruise night. A few nice HAMB friendly cars, light rain and cold kept it a small attendance.

 

Went to the junkyard today (honestly I feel insulted they don't know be by name yet, but that's neither here nor there) and saw this old girl. Hopefully a few people get some nice parts off her before they send her to China.

Actually got out to look at this one. Sexy as hell. The only thing stopping me from buying it is the cash. Story of my life. I stayed in school like they told me and everything!

350/350 swap. AC, PS, and all kinds of bells and whistles. Has a nice, yet "stuck in the 90's", tweed interior.

Anyway, nice little Ford for $20k. Could probably get it for 150 hundred dollar bills. All I need to do is find 149 more. I'm a little long in the tooth for a rich cougar to take me in. So...

Anybody wanna buy a kidney?

Not meaning to derail this thread, but I don't think I ever saw a 2-door 1965 Ford Custom 500; so I looked it up. Interestingly the curb weight is listed as a couple of pounds over 3300. Pretty light for a full sized car, only about 150 pounds heavier than the same year Corvette. IIRC all Customs & Custom 500s were post models, no hardtops. They made oodles of 4-doors, but I believe that 2-doors are rare.

Also saw these beauties today at an actual car show. Not sure who's wife was in charge of putting on the show but for some reason they had a pure romance both set up there. I thought I'd be nice and I grabbed some lube for you guys.

My next door neighbor, John Dillon had a two door, 427 powered. He made it into an altered wheel-based car, and ran it at Connecticut Drag-way. He named it " Grog "

Hello,
We were out for another bank run during the "locked in place" isolation with masks and our short drive brought some nice surprises. This maroon, 5 window, chopped coupe was getting some daily maintenance and shine. Boy, did it shine ! Very cool!
