Got the front perch dialed in and tacked into place. Going to have to pie cut the wishbones.
Started toying around with tail lights. IMG_4127.JPG Adjustments.JPG

I’ve made a little progress and am pretty close to having a rolling chassis. As soon as I can get the garage cleaned up and have a decent day weather wise, I’ll get some pics. For the time being, here are a few things I’ve picked up for the coupe. [IMG]

Did a little thrashing this weekend and just about got myself a roller. Still need to cut out the wheel wells to get the body down where it needs to be. Planning on doing the “Bleed sweep” on the frame yet. Adjustments.JPG Adjustments.JPG Adjustments.JPG

Cool! It has a "Bad News" Model T coupe vibe.

    That modest chop looks awesome.

    I think it’s about a 5” chop. I bought it this way.

Your car looks a bit short in the front. Have you tried fitting the engine with the body in place?

Haha yes. The motor is going to have a “drag”stic set back. The back of the block will be about 2 inches forward of the dash.

Starting to get the motor mocked up where I like it. So much for a cowl vent!

Also picked up some Cal Custom beanies at the local antique store for a steal. More wheel options!!

Thank you! I’m not certain yet. Whatever will fit in the trunk! Haha! Once I get the chassis all dialed in and finished, we will see how much room I’ve got and go from there. Itll probably end up being a custom made unit.

Waiting on some parts, but wanting to be in the garage, I decided to take some time to catch up on some reading in the most comfy spot out there.....

For the naysayers that said I won’t have any leg room! Haha kidding of course.

Will you run all 6? I’ve looked at W manifolds for mine, but think 3’s enough, tho it would be nice to shed some weight, that cast iron tri power manifold is ridiculously heavy!

That’s the plan! And hopefully run all 6 at once.
And you’re right, everything on these motors is so damn heavy!
