Hot Rods My Ford 1932 back on the road after 50+ years

  1. 20200712_193353.jpg 20200712_193450.jpg Finally my 1932 Ford V8 is back on the road after at least 53 years of storage.
I bought it in 1999 and the guy before me had it since 1967 and didn't run it since.
I feel a bit ashamed I didn't do much to it the last 20 years but you know how life goes, a house, a wife, another house, a shed, a bigger shed and before you know it 20 years passed by.

Car was build in Asnieres France with an American body and original with a V8.
Car is mostly unrestored still with original interior and body never was of the frame.
Original 32 engine and box were swapped for a rebuild 37 engine and a rebuild 39 box out
    of my 1939 Mercury.
Car was repainted once before and this was also done before 1967.
It now runs and drives great and with several other projects I have no plans to change it much.

    Hope you like it too

SO now you can "Drive the Crap Out of it", if only to make up for the time you didn't drive it!! NICE CAR!!!

  10. Hi Henry

No problems at all. Compliments of the inspector at the RDW Nieuwegein (Dutch DMV) and even got permission for small licence plates.

You have a wonderful car. Enjoy it and drive the wheels off of it so others can enjoy seeing it too!
