    No, it was built to race at the Goodwood Revival in England:

    I suspect that the plate is a fake. I've seen other British-registered cars with replica US plates made up with the UK reg number.

    Didn't see that coming, very impressive, would like to see the underpinnings of this car, watching the driver "saw" on the steering wheel tells me he has a LOT of seat time in it.

    The guys that built this in England had a bunch of photos and videos of this little beast while they were building it. I followed it closely because I always wanted to build one using MG cast off parts. Looks like its a lot of fun kicking a$$ out on the track with it. Bet it would be fun on the street too.
