It reminds me a lot of a Cotton Werksman rod. Is it?

A Boner .... as you know, this T is my favorite as I have shared what pictures that I have been able to find of it.
I have asked around trying to find someone that knows the car or builder, but no luck up to this point.
Nice rear view picture you have posted, had not seen it before.
The car just screams "Waaaahoooo" !!!!

I’m old, have loads of magazines and although I have seen the car in 1970 articles of the Peoria SR Nats I don’t recall a feature on the car, or any mention of the owners name.

I got rid of the color cast and sharpened it a bit:
    Peoria-Web.jpg

Does anyone have the Nov, 1970 R & C? The Street Rod nationals coverage started on p.12. There's also a Tom Medley review article on the 1st Nationals in the Summer 1971 R&C SRQ (Street Rod Quarterly?) There isn't an article on the car itself that I can see. All of these search results come from @deuce666 's handy R&C index.
