Technical see who has a sharp eye

    Had a little problem with my tran, won't tell you what but was till you see what is wrong in this picture.

    Unless I can't see it with the angle or looking at it wrong I don't see a front synchronizer ring in front of the synchronizer hub.

    This is the early 39 without the synchro rings, but you are looking at the problem area.

    not a close enough photo for inspection, but i will say it'l shift better with some 140 wt gl4, and not 600 wt. well, don fixed the photo, thanks!

    Synchronizer hub to far forward and balls starting to pop out!

    looks like the syncro has been pushed too far foreward

    those are not teeth missing, thats how the shaft is made from new

    The balls that lock/hold slider into position are in the wrong location?

    The synchronizer hub is reversed....on backwards.

    No they are are correct , slider had moves too far foward .
