I had to pay for mine. Couldn’t let it stay outside and raise the level of ire any higher than my tall grass. So, I brought it into the black hole of cars(tm).

It might be functional yard art. Flyer I found on the inside crammed full of extra parts says 39k miles. Tag is a bit rusty and it is from 1969.

Seller was frustrated because all the buyers backed out when he “brought” it to them. Was going to take it to the crusher. Friend in the truck said we are going to pass by Bill’s house in about five minutes.

Bought it sight unseen. $300 in cash and a $100.00 gift card for Lowes.

Appears to only be missing a 6 volt battery and a starter. Starter might be in the car though. I planted a couple of bug bombs and cleaned a disintegrated bag of potting soil from the trunk. Original owner apparently bought a new car in 1969 and just parked it in the carport.

It is hard to say no when your sight unseen offer is accepted and the car is unloaded less than 10 minutes later.

This looks like the South Island of New Zealand, (possibly Southern Australia), - any comments on where ?
    Beautiful photo anyway.

This is a favorite I took thirty-some years ago at the Morongo Indian Reservation in SoCal:

Tag was '64; the car ended up at the Ontario Pick-A-Part sometime in the '90s.

  14. Obviously it has Oldsmobile engine and possibly chassis, I wonder what time period.

It looks like someones vision to try and recreate a car with the styling of the Hienz Phantom Corsair. HRP
