Well one good thing came from COVID, I've been social distancing and working on my 30 Sport Coupe. I bought the body at an auction in 2000 and was working on my 30 Pickup so I shoved it in the corner, finished the pickup and started mocking the coupe up. Then a friend offered me a fairly nice 50 Ford that was sitting in his backyard under a bunch of trees so the coupe went back in the corner and I got the 50 running , lowered it and drove it for a while. Painted two Mustangs for my son and a Model A for a friends dad who was fighting cancer in his 80's so the coupe sat. Bought a 60 Thunderbird and built a mild custom, drove it for several years and sold it. Told my wife I either needed to sell the coupe or finish it, had too much money in parts to sell it in pieces so finally got serious about it. Been working on it when COVID came and started working on it almost daily and now have a running driving car. Still needs to be finished, no glass, hood or top but tagged and insured and working the bugs out. 002.JPG running.jpg

  5. Looks great! Nice to see a "sport coupe" that wasn't cut down to a "coupester"...
