    heres some various pieces-wife's 55 has had this setup for 35 years The long arm shown is for a 63-67 vette-chrome one on hers almost identical

    As early as twenty-five years ago some wrecking yards in the Chicago area had fenced in areas for Chevy V8’s. Whoever it was that did that had an exclusive with the yard owner and cornered the market on every V8 that came in. I think they cherry-picked all the really good parts, scrapped the
    junk right away and ended parts hunting for the average guy.
    Add to that no swap meets this year and it’s slim pickings for small parts like brackets, etc.
