A friend of mine had a saying when we would see a car like this at an event...............
"It's got it all............and it's all bad".

 

...I suspect it is a rolling advertisement for a shop that offers such functional and over the top requests...Looks fine in its driven stance...not even close to that Louvered Deuce Roadster that has made a couple of appearances within this thread...with nearly every external panel punched.
