    Geez that pipe guide for the hole saw for the steering column pass threw is geniuse! Holy cow I don't know that'd I'd ever had thought of that lol

    This last episode in the construction was more than worth the wait. Probably not from your standpoint but for those of us seeing art in metal going together and getting to follow it this is impressive.

  7. Sorry I did not see this thread until today! But, it allowed me to see the whole thing at once. VERY sano work there and lots of tips to be gleaned.

    Just reading through this, seeing it for the first time. Very nice fab work, and I'm looking up info on Ron Covell for sure!

    I like how the floor turned out - I hope you don't have to cover it up. The headers turned out looking very good, and the stance and angles overall are very cool. Does the tight clearance between the headers and cowl/firewall cause any issues?

    Well its got about an 1/8th " inch. I'll probably file back my flange a little too. We will see when It fires up!

    Killer craftsmanship man. That little detail Devils on your ass, you got him whooped. Very nice. Let those headers clearance themselves. Ha

    A few years back I decided I needed to re do the chassis. I built a chassis table for the job. The rails are from ASC. I sectioned 1-1/2" out of them. I'm 35 with two kids now. Not much time for hobby, but I still dig in when I can.
