Photo taken the night before the Hamb Drags a few years back. Can't say who the T-Bird belongs to .

 

That is Starbird's Thunderbird. If I'm not mistaken Cliff built it. It's a tribute to Darryl's custom Thunderbird.

 

three retractables and a wood wagon... that was one expensive trailer load back in the day.
And to top it off its being pulled by a 56 COE...

NICE!!!! what treatment does the back bumper area have?

 

So eventually both front and back will have bumpers?

 

I love the idea of a '57-'58 Ford thread. Always loved those cars. As a teen in the '60's I thought the '57 was pretty and the '58 was just plain "funky" cool; as such I wanted a '58 but even back then they were rare birds. Always thought the Custom 300's were the coolest of both years. Glad to see some great pics here. Thanks.
