Art & Inspiration 2020 Alliance Tag

I received my 2020 Alliance tag yesterday, June 20th and was surprised that there was no enclosure card this year.

If you haven't got your 2020 Alliance Tag this year the alternating color is black. HRP

 

Just got mine also, noticed no card but figured my alliance membership is me thanking Ryan and
all the members here for all I get out of coming here, not the other way around. Happy Fathers Day
to you HRP and all Fathers everywhere!

 

When I got my alliance tag I received a card with mine. Maybe I am special. LOL

 

Passed the card on to a couple of organizations as an excellent example of a thank you. I didn’t get one either.

 

I figure Ryan just ran out of them, I have kept all of them from the past. HRP

 

Same here--got the HAMB tag but no note

 

Ryan posted about the lack of cards, something about printing issues, I believe due to the pandemic.

At one time Ryan talked about offering a different Alliance tag, HRP

 

I must have just squeaked in with my latest one and got a card. Envelope says it was shipped 5/6/20, the same day Ryan made that post. Always really dig the artwork that he puts together for these!

 

I received the card with the tag, but that was back in February. I feel fortunate to be able to get one every year. It such a small price to pay for the wealth of information that one has access to, not to mention the classified ads. I sell a quite a bit here and it’s such a worthwhile investment as opposed to the return.

 

Dang....thank God we didn't fell another tree but took in some useless back up shezzzzzzzz..........

 

I'm not a member but what do trees have to do with the alliance membership?

 

It takes trees to make the paper the cards are printed on?

 

I got one in Janurary when I renewed. There is a pupp plant a hundred miles from me that makes paper pulp out of wheat straw. No trees harmed there. It gives the wheat farmers a secondary income source too.

 

There use to be a paper mill in Canton, North Carolina, Several days a week it puts off a pungent aroma for miles away. HRP

 

They are shipped in a cardboard envelope, this is the 5th year for the new design and it is a heavy brass plate unlike the previous 10 years that were made of aluminum.

Much like everything else Ryan does, he is always improving the brand. HRP
