This isn't just a hotrod... this is a work of art! I noticed that you opted not to use those really cool WWII plane levers for your doors; I was looking forward to seeing how you integrated them into your build, but I still like how you did the door panels and interior.

36 driveshaft dump tubes back from chrome. I turned the brass caps down on a lathe. Wingnuts are British bike hub retainers.

You do some exquisite work.

 

Looks even better in person. Another great one but I will comment I like your green roadster even better. I'd be afraid to drive it and the first stone rash would break my heart! Great work as usual.

 

Gas tank fills the hole. Top edge line of the trunk side panel pleats flow into the line on the doors and passenger compartment inside. You won't really notice this detail but I'm fussy!

WOW, that's all I can say! This thing really is a piece of art!

 

Here's a welding project that just came back from paint and body. Took me 4 plates to make this. I need a cool old license plate frame for it now.

Inner decklid panel made, wrapped,and installed along with a little filler panel behind tail lights. Worst pictures ever..lol. cant wait to get the tank in there after the artwork is finished.

Pushed the car outside today for a good cleaning after wrapping up the upholstery. It is amazing how much the paint changes in different light. It's overcast today and the car looks very dark. Digging the chrome side dump pipes peeking out.
