I bought this 32 Ford 3 window and got it on the road today. FUN!!!!! BUT the directional switch has a crack in it and I am not sure what the column was out of. The previous owner said the column was in there when he bought it 5 years ago. I believe it is out of a GM but the "Hazard Flasher" stalk on it does NOT ring any bells in my memory. It is part of the switch and is Red in color with the word FLASHER right on it. Any help would be appreciated....Thanks!
The vans had shorter shift handles. Looked better using a smaller wheel. The turn signal usually failed because of broken return springs in the switch. You can just change the springs and your good. Some reason one spring was red the other green.
Hey, just wanted to say THANKS to all that responded. It turns out the column WAS from a 67-72 Chevy truck/van and I did find a repo directional switch with the "correct" red push/pull button that has "FLASHER" written on it....
