Saw this at a car show in California.I read somewhere later that he had to cut some holes in the sides for visibility issues when racing?Great looking van

 

Started off circa '71 with Simon Lane as the black version Speed Freak;since been through some changes and owners

 

They are not all gassers, there still are some stock ones out there. Taken in Aug 2019

 

Here’s one that I had a few years ago. I got it after a guy tried to chop it. It used to be green and was called “The Flying Dutchman” and was from Manheim PA. I would love to see some pics of it when it was still green.

Here's a pic of a chopped 53 Anglia and a stock 47 Thames van I owned years ago. The van ended up with a Daimler hemi. Sorry for the poor pic.
