Hey fellow hot rodders hope this pandemic time of self made reclusiveness has a lot of projects being started and others completed. The work on the new Flathead for my deuce pickup is progressing albeit slowly due to finances and my wife's projects which seem to include me doing the heavy/dirty work. I need to order a stroker kit for the Flathead, everything else I have already. The '40 Ford Flathead that's in the pickup now has never been rebuilt, it runs great but smokes pretty good. My 1948 Dodge Club Coupe is complete and runs great with a 275 cu.in. Flathead six and a T5 five speed transmission and a 8 inch Ford rear end. It's had a lot done to the engine and it gets drag raced on occasion. This hot rod disease has been proudly passed on to my daughter and my grandson.
Hi & welcome. Sounds like a couple of great rides that you have. How about some photo's of them. and keep us updated on the Ford as work progresses. Jimmie
