Hopefully, I'll get to use this soon. A little repurposing in between project project. But Honey, it followed me home. They don't make the window decals anymore so they were recreated with some acrylics (very fragile on plastic), but I don't know how to seal them. I've checked the net, but have not found a definitive solution. Oh well, I guess I could try oils the next time. Great show as always, the HAMB has a little of everything. OK, perhaps these could be considered "art" too:D

I build a custom Pedal Car every year for the 50/50 raffle at one of the Car Shows I run. (First ticket drawn gets choice, cash or pedal car, Second ticket drawn wins what's left) It REALLY boosts 50/50 ticket sales.

Here are the pedal cars I did up for the last 4 years shows... The 2 "Dipsides" and the "Comet" are reproduction bodies. The Woody was pretty much "scratch built" except for the chassis, hood & grill. pedal11.jpg pedal 21.jpg peda31.jpg pedal43.jpg pedal42.jpg

    More art of sorts...

...and then there was my one (and only) attempt at building a radio controlled car. Built entirely by scratch. It ended up being much slower than I planned...which was OK, because I really sucked at driving a RC car :eek:

Thanks, Solo. Likes are good, comments are the Best! I lowered the front, but my son in law, Derrick ( Dub guy) says it's not low enough! Need to find some small bags? Don't think so!

  13. Thank you Larry @sololobo and everyone else who supports the FAS each week. The likes are humbling especially for a bunch of old drawings you’ve seen time and time again.

Thanks so much Eric. It's appreciated.
It takes me a year to build a hot rod...I can do one of these in a couple of weeks. It's like instant gratification:D
