Looks like nearly all the sheet metal was replaced. Possibly the frame, too? Press on regardless.

 

As best as I can tell, it has a stock chassis, but has a full-length wooden splash panel added. We can't see the firewall, which was a flat wood piece originally. The only factory body parts visible are the hangers for the fenders and running board. Even the radiator looks newer. Hope he never had a backfire...
