Son wants to build an A roadster. wants to use a jag rear end. any information how to appreciated. It will be a high boy.

 

Are you married to the idea that it needs a Jag rear end? What are you planning on running for a front suspension? IFS?
If you plan on a dropped I beam axle in front, I’d shy away from an IRS.
If you’re planning on independent suspension in front and back, you might need to try a forum that would be more of a street rod based forum.

If so, you need one from a XKE. They fit better and look good.
Was used both by early Coddington John Buttera and other builders.
Check with Kugle.
Might be a little pricey.

 

Maybe you can talk him into a quick change rear instead which would still have the wow factor.
