Technical Manual front brakes adjusters « Bridlefort »

Hi, does someone have seen this manual adjuster before ?
My 1932 made in France Ford is equipped of this particular system.

 

Anyone ?

 

Some accessory to make the brakes easier to adjust..

 

I know that my question is, have you seen that on another car ?
