Can't post replies in market place.

When I am looking through the parts listings, I see a couple parts I want to inquire about, but where I should be able to post a reply, it says I don't have privileges to post, why is that?

 

No, you can't. It's in the classified rules etc. that explains it.

The endless trail of people coming here moaning they can't reply to ads or 'don't have enough privileges' etc., but how many actually (have the manners to) come back and say thanks, or even acknowledge the help?

I know I did read that, about why you can't, I have to go look again, because of the sieve that I have for a brain sometimes. I like this forum I just have to get used to it, thanks for the help.
