Metal Meltdown . It was believe it or not a 15. I ran an extremely short tire on the front. Johnny Fisher helped me engineer the front end. that car had a full 2x3 tube frame/ must/pinto front etc. 9 inch rear on coil overs and ladder bars. 14X 32 s on the back.I had a set of dirt track tires for the street and a set of Mickey Ts when we went to the track. I remembered having more in the Hooker BBC headers than I had in the dang short block. 402- 511 BBC /L88 cam/ etc.etc. Gotta remember we were lost in the world of bracket racing then. Wished I had put the Jungle look to it -like his Hercules car. I probobly would still have it .
Looks like somebody forgot to put the cap on the fuel cell (in the trunk). Or liquid ballast leakage...?
Anyone need a good hood? I was cleaning out my pal Rene's storage unit and found a nice Chevy II hood, I don't see any rust, it's white. HRP
^Extra points with the 4 cylinder!^ We can see SS cars all day, and yes we love 'em. But the base engines rarely lasted. Great stuff.
