I don’t think i seen such a build with a red ram Hemi and would have bookmarked it being I have one in my 32 cabriolet and have one going in my other 32..

When I was sanding I asked my self of all these Louvers were really necessary!
Yes I have a few cuts and skinned nuckles but I think it was worth it. Frank

Yesterday after I finished up fixing a few more old bits that allowed me to put it a bit more together I stood back and it hit me, “wow this actually exists”. :)

My daughters, built for her on a TV show called "The Ride That Got Away" with Troy Ladd and Courtney Hansen, in honor of her Cancer battle and win.

Sorry for the thumbnails... I posted directly from my iPad like the original post stated, but it posted the pictures as thumbnails.

Weatherman is forecasting a big snow storm heading this way, so naturally I thought I’d take a break and spend some time looking at roadster pics. Thanks y’all.

  21. Lights a bit tough, but looks a lot like Folkstone Grey, an original 1940 Ford color. Here's my sedan painted that color for you to determine..... PB050007a.JPG

Lance Dunlap I actually built that car in my shop in Nebraska. It was featured in Hop Up number 10 and sold it to a man in Japan who had Vintage Hammer Garage install the Ardun and strip the car to bare metal. It then went to Japan where he ran it bare for a while then painted it the tan color, reupholstered it and changed the wheels. It's more tan than it looks in your picture, almost looks like a Toyota PU color?

When I built it I used a 15 dollar dash I found on e-bay. I had no idea what it fit but it was unique in the gauge layout and shape. I will be happy to send you a picture for your help in identifying it. I think I have your e-mail but can't remember it. Please pm me and I'll send you a picture.

AG, I see there was "Sahara Sand" shown for Ford in 1939 & 1940 that looks very similar to yours. Are they the same? Just a great color!
