    to hand? how wide is it?
    Perch width 34”, 1935-40 Ford, Use with axle
    au- 2107 n 34'' perch width
    is this spring 35 inch wide

    fs 3540 = 38'' perch 39.5'' WIDE
    a
    fs 3540 fb 36'' perch - ABOUT 36'' WIDE?

    or what I want a
    FS-3540EAN ford 34'' perch ABOUT 35'' WIDE

    there is a part number on it but it doesn't relate to any of them...…...

    Heidt’s went a different direction with the CE line when they bought it. They have concentrated on IFS and rear leaf suspension systems only.

    I once worked with springs. 35-40 springs usually run pretty flat. What you can do is measure eye to eye along the bottom of the main leaf. I think the shackles are 1 1/2” like 32-4 so when they are at the 45*, they add 1 “ a side so add 2”
    The spring dimension and the 2” should be the design mount width.

    I have a CE front spring FS-3540EAA it measures 37" ctr. to ctr. following the curve on the main leaf, and 35 5/8" straight across ctr. to ctr. of the bushing holes. This spring is new never installed. Also I have a Chassis Engineering from 2004 if you need more information.
