SOLD Early Ford Front Juice Backing Plates Matched pair of '42-'48 Ford front backing plates. These will work on Ford spindles '37-'48. No rust pits. These have the floating bottom brake shoe anchors. The '39-'41 had adjustable bottom anchors that are complicated to adjust. Included are shoe retainers, return springs, grease baffles and the special square headed bolts required to mount to the spindle. Also have original wheel cylinder mounting bolts. These got wet outside, so there is some red rust, but they aren't "rusty". Brake adjuster cams rotate free. $100 + shipping for the pair. I have another ad here for the '39-'41 backing plates. My personal preference is the adjustable bottom anchors.
