    Thanks for the tip.

  7. Yup- great turn out as far as vendors AND spectators, and folks handled the whole social-distancing aspect well.

Sorry I missed you two (enloe and Joe)- hopefully see you at the next one!

May 2nd was a fantastic turnout, with lots of new vendors and spectators, and this one is shaping up to be just great- I'll be there with my COVID/SANTA beard and lots to sell :D

  12. There is going to be a small swap meet trying to get started Sat & Sunday May 30-31 in a little town called Sylvania ALabama. This is their first show. They want it to grow so I think I will head over with a pickup load of crap to see how it goes.

Sunday October 25. Salem County Fairgrounds, NJ. The old Cowtown Swap Meet.
Google it for directions. Indoor/outdoor. You’ll be there 4-6 hours. About 1/2 the size of Carlisle.

Two friends and I did a 8 1/2 hour one-way to Chickasha OK last weekend and really enjoyed the swap meet. I found more stuff that I can use at that Chickasha than I have at the other 4 combined, that we attended since mid-August. I don't think our group would be up to another one just yet, (and Conroe is a l-o-n-g way from SE MO) but we compiled a list of swap meets on the way home from OK that are on our radar for 2021.

I am about halfway in between both of them, and I need the exercise of walking around swap meets and spending some of the cash I have saved during the "stay at home" period earlier in the year. Chickasha yielded me the perfect steering wheel for my project. It was worth the drive for me for sure.

Tucson, AZ on Saturday, November 14, 2020 from ^:30 AM to 2:00 PM - TSRA swap meet

    https://tucsonstreetrodassociation.net/swap-meets/

It is a "WEAR MASK" event. I haven't attended in a couple of years, probably will this year (possibly the only Arizona swap meet this fall)
