Looks like Union Grove and the car is Dick Shawfrank's R&B out of the Chicago area. This is one of many cars that carried the R & B name but were built by Dennis Rolain after John Buttera left the business for California.

Prudhomme in the B & M Torkmaster car in 1966--his first year on his own after quitting Roland's deal. This was from earlier in the season before he reversed the color scheme with the car painted candy red with silver detailing.

Al Fontanini and Reno Nannini's home made AWB car at what was most likely an early event in its life as most photos show it with "The Big Wheel" emblazoned on the doors and backing from Glenview Plymouth and Highland Automotive. They later ran a series of flip top funny cars.
As an interesting sidebar Reno Nannini was the man behind the gold plating on the dragsters of Chris Karamesines and Ruffalo & Ehlen in his role at Precision Plating.

  23. Did Reno die in a accident at a toll booth while towing the car to the track?

The Greek with brand new tin on his Kent Fuller car--one of six Fuller cars that Karamesines raced over the years.

Brian, that was Al Fontanini who died on the road along with a crewmember on their way to a race in I believe 1970. Lippy

Al was a great racer and surely would have been one of the big guys. Lippy

They were actually headed to New England Dragway when a semi rear ended them at a toll booth on the Pennsy Pike. Jim Christensen (who was Al's crew chief) was the second victim.
Reno was still around and in his mid 70's in 2012.
